I was very upset because I had called ahead of time to explain how difficult it would be for my grandson to get his hair cut and I was assured that all would be set when I got there. Unfortunately, they did not take my grandson as soon as we got there for which was scheduled and we waited for 15 minutes which is a very long time for an 2.5 year old toddler. I have prepped my grandson by showing him a couple of videos of a boy toddlers getting a haircut and he was responding well when we first got there but that door got closed by having to wait so long. So why would I give a 5 star? Because finally in the chair, my grandson was kicking his legs and contorting his body because he did not want the haircut and so I held him tight and took out my phone and the hairstylist named Jasmine gave me the idea to play a video about trucks that my grandson would like to watch. He stopped struggling so much and Jasmine was able to give him a very nice haircut. I kept speaking to her in Spanish, so my grandson couldn’t hear about how upset I was and she responded with other ideas and how well he was doing and we were encouraging him. I was so grateful that everything turned around, but that does not excuse the fact that my appointment was delayed for 15 minutes. It just means that as a grandmother, I felt once in the chair, my grandson was treated with kindness and creativity to finish this haircut and I was very grateful for Jasmine that I tipped her very well. She gave me her business card and I will definitely bring my grandson there again.

My son got a haircut here and had a wonderful experience. The stylist made him feel very comfortable and listened to what he wanted, then took the time to give him the haircut he wanted. He was so happy. Very friendly and positive vibe overall. We will definitely be back.
